Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, sift together Madam Agro Maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Cream butter & sugar
In another large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.

Add wet ingredients
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine & fold
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.

Scoop the dough
Drop spoonfuls of dough (or use a cookie scoop) onto the baking tray, spacing them apart.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set but centers are soft. Let them cool on the tray for 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.
Tips:
For extra gooey centers, slightly underbake and let them cool on the tray.Add a pinch of instant coffee to enhance chocolate flavor.Sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top before baking for a gourmet touch.
